2024 Fender Custom Shop 1960 Stratocaster, Journeyman Relic, Faded Fiesta Red

A superb Fender Custom Shop 1960 Stratocaster, finished in Faded Fiesta Red. This is a great-looking Strat with a nicely judged aged finish, offering the feel and character of a well-loved vintage instrument without going too heavy on the wear. The faded Fiesta Red lacquer finish is vibrant and striking, and looks superb paired with the ever-popular rosewood board fingerboard and early 60s appointments.

The rift-sawn Maple neck has Fender's really comfortable '59 C profile with the 6100 fretwire offering a modern feel combined with the 7.25"-9.5" compound radius.

Electronics are centred around a set of Fender Custom Shop hand-wound “M.D. Bone Tone” pickups, wired with vintage modified Strat wiring and a 5-way selector switch. The Bone Tone pickups offer plenty of clarity, chime and articulation and a lot of versatility over the 5 positions.

Condition is almost as new and overall this is a very well-spec'd Custom Shop Strat in a fantastic finish. It comes with its Custom Shop white Tolex hard case, certificate of authenticity, floor traveler, strap and tags.
